Easy-to-follow product care instructions
Flower Care Instructions:
A little extra care can make a big difference for any size flower arrangement.
If your fresh flowers aren’t looking their best on arrival, they’re simply thirsty after their journey. Give them a drink, and they’ll perk up within 24 hours. It can take a day or two for your flowers to open up, but it’ll be quicker if you follow our 7 tips:
1. Clean your vase thoroughly. Any lingering bacteria will make your flowers wilt faster.
2. Fill the vase two-thirds with fresh, lukewarm water and add your flower food. Top up the water the day after receiving your flowers, rather than changing it completely – this way, they benefit from the food for longer.
3. Remove any foliage that will sit below the waterline to avoid build-up of debris. If your flowers include roses, you may notice some discoloured outer petals. These are guard petals, which protect the inner petals. Gently remove 2-3 guard petals to reveal these. Male sure you do not to cut through or scrape the green bark.
4. Trim about 2-3cm from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle. We recommend varying the stem length to give your arrangement a height range.
5. Change the water regularly after the second day. Just like us, flowers love clean water.
6. Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight to prolong their life.
7. Remove any wilted flowers. Besides not looking as attractive, they can spread mould onto the others.
ENJOY!
⚠️ Balloon Safety & Care:
To ensure your luxury balloons from Grand Rosiér float beautifully and last for days, follow these simple care tips:
(1) If you plan on traveling with balloons, the average vehicle holds about 24 inflated balloons and they're best stored in the back seat. (2) Balloons look their best at room temperature – keep them warm on cool days and cool on warm days. (3) Inhalation of helium can be harmful. Never breathe in helium. (4) Uninflated or broken balloons can create a choking hazard. Keep an eye on your little ones. (5) After your party properly dispose of uninflated balloons. (6) Do not release balloons into the air. Help keep balloons out of our waterways and powerlines.
Helium is a safe, non-flammable gas that is lighter than air and safe for the environment. Please do not inhale the helium. When helium is inhaled, it fills the lungs, taking the place of the oxygen our lungs need.
Balloon longevity
balloons will float for at least 48 hours from the time of delivery. Foil balloons float for about 5 days. Balloons are a natural product, therefore we do not guarantee float times.
Balloons can pop! – Balloons can pop for a number of reasons. Once balloons are delivered, we’re no longer responsible for them. No refunds will be given for any balloon that pops after we leave.
Sustainability
We use the finest quality balloons, sourced from suppliers who are as forward-thinking about the environment as we are, that’s why we only use one hundred per cent natural latex balloons, which are fully biodegradable within six to forty-eight months. No fillers, extenders, plasticisers or any cost reducing agents are used in any of our designs.
Please do not release balloons into the sky
Grand Rosiér does not condone the practice as balloons become litter and are dangerous to animals and the environment. Please visit BalloonFacts.org for more information.
