At Grand Rosiér, our mission is to ensure your thoughtfully curated gifts arrive in pristine condition and at the perfect time. To guarantee a seamless experience, we rely on the accuracy of the information you provide. Please carefully review the following delivery policies and guidelines:
Delivery Times & Schedule
• Delivery Hours: All deliveries are made between 6:00 AM and noon to ensure your gifts are delivered in the cool morning hours before the Florida sun begins to bake.
• No Monday Deliveries: Deliveries are available Tuesday through Sunday only.
• Service Areas: We specialize in serving the following locations in Polk County, Florida:
• Lakeland
• Auburndale
• Winter Haven
• Haines City
• Davenport
• Lake Alfred
• Lake Hamilton
• Eagle Lake
• Bartow
• Lake Wales
Therefore, the cities within Polk County where Grand Rosiér does not currently offer delivery services include:
• Fort Meade
• Frostproof
• Mulberry
• Polk City
Recipient Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete recipient information. Incorrect details may result in delivery complications, and we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to the following reasons:
1. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
• Orders cannot be refunded if the provided delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
• For UPS/FEDEX shipments, address corrections can be made for a $35 fee.
2. Uncollected Items at Institutions (Hospitals, Schools, Dorms, Hotels)
• Deliveries to these institutions will be made to the receiving desk or front desk.
• Internal processes at these institutions determine how and when the recipient collects their items.
• We are not responsible for items left uncollected or perished at these facilities.
3. Recipient Refusal
• If the recipient refuses the delivery, no refund will be issued for perishable items, as they cannot be restocked.
• For non-perishable items, the delivery and return costs will be charged, and the remaining order value will be refunded.
Refund Processing
• Refund timelines depend on your financial institution:
• PayPal refunds: Reflected immediately in your account.
• Credit/debit card refunds: Typically processed within 3–5 business days but may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
• Once a refund is issued, we have no control over the processing time.
Missed Deliveries
• If no one is available at the delivery address during the scheduled time, the order will be considered successfully delivered. No refunds or cancellations will be processed in such cases.
• For hotel deliveries:
• If the recipient has not checked in, the order will be left at the reception desk.
• If the recipient has already checked out, the order will be marked as delivered, and no refunds will be issued.
Severe Weather Policy
At Grand Rosiér, the safety of our team and the preservation of your gifts are our priorities. In the event of severe weather conditions:
• A local Grand Rosiér manager may contact you before your scheduled delivery to confirm, postpone, or cancel your order.
• If delivery is not possible due to severe weather, we will notify you promptly to arrange rescheduling or issue a refund.
