Our helium balloon bouquets come pre-inflated, styled with satin or custom ribbon, and paired with a coordinating, wrapped balloon weight.
Simply enter the recipient’s information on the product page, then add each item to your cart individually. Once you’ve added all your selections, proceed to checkout. It’s that easy.
Typically, your order will arrive during the time slot given on that delivery day.
At this time we don’t have a location open to the public. Feel free to check back at a later date.

Please note: delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: adverse weather conditions, traffic congestion or delays or increase in demand. Our Customer Service Team will update you if anything changes with your order.

Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us by email or by phone. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business day. Fees may apply. If you need to cancel your order, we're able to arrange this within 5 working days before the due date of your delivery. If cancellation happens outside of this window, this will be assessed on a case by case basis and a cancellation fee will apply due to the non reusable helium, labor and time invested. Expect a fee of 20% of entire order cancellation fee.
Our gift delivery cancellation fee is in place to cover the costs associated with preparing and delivering your order. When an order is placed, we immediately begin the process of assembling and preparing your surprise, and we allocate resources and personnel to ensure that your delivery is made on time and with the utmost care.
If an order is cancelled, our team has already invested time and resources into preparing the order and coordinating the delivery, which cannot be easily recouped. In addition, cancellations may prevent us from accepting new orders, which can impact our ability to serve other customers.
We want to provide the best possible service to our customers, and our cancellation fee helps us to ensure that we can continue to do so. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are happy to work with you to try to find a mutually agreeable solution.

We are located in the beautiful Polk County. Located in the geographic center of Florida and along Central Florida’s I-4 corridor.
Grand Rosiér is always on the go so our business is studio and mobile-based. We love the flexibility of preparing orders for our clients at all hours. We do not have a retail store, but we work out of a design studio not open to the public yet.
We operate as an online-based gift delivery service, which allows us to provide our customers with the convenience of placing orders from the comfort of their own homes or offices. Our online platform also enables us to offer a wider selection of products, competitive pricing, and efficient delivery options.
Currently no. However sometimes we may ask our courier to document person of contact for verification purposes.
We are unable to accept returns. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold.
Sadly, not at the moment. We are central Florida based and we only deliver locally.

Currently we do not deliver to Poinciana, Frost Proof, Fort Meade, Mulberry and Polk City.
We always retain the wonderful element of surprising the person you’re sending a surprise to. If our delivery driver knocks on the door and there is no answer, our customer service team will call to the recipient’s phone number. If no one answers, we may call you to ask to advise. If our driver is at a business or residence where there is a safe location we will leave it in a safe place, and then leave a voicemail for your recipient to let them know they have a delivery. We’ll leave our information as well so that they can reach out in case there are any concerns. In occurrences when we do not feel like there is a safe place to leave the gifts, we return them to the shop and notify you and your recipient, letting your recipient know to reach out to us to reschedule the delivery of a fresh arrangement at a time that works best for them.
No. All orders are subject to delivery.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind product which cannot be replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occassionally, substitutions or flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the item you've selected, we will ensure the style, theme, and color shceme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importrance to your order, please inclue them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Yes. At this moment, our focus is on providing the exceptional freshness and beauty of real flowers to our valued customers. However, we are excited to share that we have plans to introduce preserved flowers as an additional option in the near future.

Of course. Although we suggest you opt for delivery the day before to ensure the enjoyment of your gift the morning of.
However, at dawn delivery availability is an option. This guarantees you an early priority delivery time. Between 5am- 9am. Please select this time for a priority delivery time.
We do not deliver after 12pm noon.
Of course. We think it’s one of the nicest ways to show your care and love. There are so many studies that show the immense benefits of sending gifts to someone who is in the hospital. We have special relationships with all the hospitals in our area and know the ins and outs of delivering there. Rest assured our customer service specialist will reach out to the hospital and confirm that your recipient is approved to receive flowers and keep you closely updated if anything about the delivery arises.

We’ll need the recipient’s name, the address where you want us to deliver to, and the phone number for your recipient. Most people like to send a thoughtful card message along with the flowers, so you can prepare this in advance, or you can work with our talented service team who are well versed in composing meaningful card messages that convey what you want. If ordering online or through mobile, you also have the option to leave a video card message. A video card message delivered with your arrangement is a truly amazing and novel way (a benefit only the Grand Rosiér offers) of communicating a super meaningful message to your recipient. There is no charge at all for a card message or video card message. We’ll ask just for all normal billing information. All information communicated is highly private and secure.
